Homemade Enchilada Sauce in minutes.

This is the only enchilada sauce I ever use. It is delicious and fast, what more could you ask for.

1 cup of Salsa (I use Pace or my husbands homemade salsa) Pureed
1 small can tomato sauce
1/4 cup of water (or for desired consistency)
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Heat in a small sauce pan for about 5 minutes.

YES!! That's it. I make a big batch at a time and freeze in 1 -2 cup freezer containers so I have it whenever I get a craving. One point plus per 1/2 cup, for weight watchers point plus program.  This enchilada sauce in gluten free, dairy free and yeast free.
