Frozen Gluten Free Pizza For Dinner


My daughter and I were shopping at Whole Foods, on an empty stomach. Our blood sugars were low..... We were so hungry we could have started eating things right off the shelf!  But we we're planning on eating at home.....which was about an hour away.


Everything was looking good including this Amy's gluten free and non-dairy pizza.

We decided to try it.
When we got home we dressed it up  a little by adding green peppers, mushrooms, and some natural ham.

It cooked for about 10 minutes, just enough time to make a salad and slice some fresh fruit.


I would definitely buy this again. It was a single size pizza but with side dishes we shared it.

If you count weight watcher points I would count this pizza at a total of 13 points. With our added toppings 15 points. Share it with someone and cut that in half. Add a healthy salad and some fruit and enjoy a tasty quick meal.
