A very busy Sunday....

People with food sensitivities and a busy schedule, like me, need to plan for the weeks ahead. I try to always have breakfast foods that are quick and healthy at my fingertips in the morning. So today I am making 3 batches of Oat Banana Waffles. These will go in the freezer along with pancakes and muffins for my busy mornings or just a quick snack.

Have you tried these yet?  And what a great way to eat your oats!!  I love them with nut butters and jam for lunches too.
