Hot Cream Cheese & Crab/Shrimp Open Face Sandwiches

Hot Cream Cheese and Crab/Shrimp Open Face Sandwiches        
Makes 6 open face sandwiches
1 6-ounce package cream cheese, softened  (light optional)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 cup flaked crabmeat or cocktail shrimp
1- 1 1/2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1/2-1 tsp chili powder (I use 1 tsp)
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tbsp mayonnaise (low-fat optional)
3 split English Muffins  - gluten free if needed, 

Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.  Split English Muffins and spread with crab mixture. (I like to toast the muffins just slightly first)
Place on baking sheet and broil until browned and bubbly.

My husband reheats leftovers in the microwave the next day.
