Peanut Butter & Vanilla GF Soft Serve

Mmmm! Creamy frozen dairy free treats.

Peanut Butter Banana
Peanut Butter Banana w/mini chocolate chips
Vanilla w/fresh strawberries

Peanut Butter, Banana Soft Serve               Serves 3-4 Depending on portions
4 frozen bananas, cut in chunks  (Peel before freezing)
3 Tbl Peanut Butter, smooth or chunky (more is optional)
Place all ingredients in a strong blender or food processor. Whip up until creamy and uniform. May need to scrape sides of blender once during processing. 
That's it!

Weight Watcher Points Plus count 7 points per serving if dividing recipe between 3 people.  If you're not counting bananas, since they are a fruit, then less than 3 points per serving.

Dish it up and enjoy.
Maybe add some chopped nuts. I like mini chocolate chips. Enjoy Life brand is allergy friendly.

If you have more than you can eat, or want to have some made up ahead. Store in a freezer container.
It will be less creamy after freezing, and have more of a popsicle feel. But still refreshing and delicious.

Let sit a couple minutes before eating. Maybe even give it a stir, it's up to you. 

Vanilla Soft Serve                     Serves 3-4 Depending on portions

5 frozen bananas, cut in chunks    (peel bananas before freezing)
3/4 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Whip up in a strong blender or food processor and enjoy.  We like to top ours with fresh sliced strawberries.  Try it with some healthy shortcake and strawberries.

Weight Watcher Points Plus followers if you are counting the bananas than 3 points per banana. Strawberries 1 point per cup.
