The Versatile GF Sandwich Roll







These GF Sandwich Rolls make a delicious garlic bread to have with a pasta dinner or soup.  My husband will even eat my gluten free garlic bread instead of regular garlic bread because it's so good.


Gluten Free Garlic Bread
Preheat oven to broil.
Cut  sandwich roll in half, a serrated bread knife works well.
Lightly coat each half with butter, a light version like Brummell & Brown, or a dairy free butter, like Earth Balance.
Lightly shake garlic salt over each half.
Sprinkle dried parsley over each half.
Option- shake a little grated parmesan cheese over garlic salt before adding dried parsley.
Broil until lightly browned and serve immediately.

This seasoned toasted roll would also be the beginnings of a delicious sandwich.

Toast or leave untoasted for burgers and veggie burgers.

Pizza Bread -Spread some pizza sauce, Easy Pizza Sauce, over each half and add your favorite pizza toppings. Bake at 425 for 12 minutes or until hot and cheese or Daiya  (vegan cheese) is melted.


In the morning:
These are perfect for the toaster, very much like a homemade english muffin.  Tender on the inside and lightly, crispy toasted outside. Add some of your favorite nut butter and jam and you forget you are gluten free!
