1/4 cup butter or non dairy type butter melted. Light margarine is fine for a lower fat topping.

Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl add sliced fruit. Toss with lemon juice. Stir brown sugar, water and cinnamon with sliced fruit until all is coated. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Topping:
In a small mixing bowl stir together oats, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg and melted butter. When mixed well sprinkle evenly over fruit. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Topping will brown nicely. Remove from oven and let sit until ready to serve.

Watch it quickly disappear...

This is nice served with some ice cream or a non dairy frozen product like So Delicious.

Or maybe just plain with coffee or tea.

 Enjoy!
